Hello world!
Well, I think the default “Hello World!” title is pretty good, so I’ll stick with it. Hello World indeed.
Setting up a blog on our site has been WAY overdue, but you know how it goes:
Plumbers, whose taps leak
Mechanics with unreliable cars
Doctors having heart attacks from eating high fat diets etc. etc.
So of course, an overworked SEO isn’t going to set up his own blog as a matter of urgency, is he? Well, not me anyway.
The motivation to get my but into gear was more than just the obvious SEO benefits of a blog, but the ever increasing need to keep people informed about our Backlink Checker tool. It just seemed stupid to keep scrawling information about directly above the tool itself. A blog’s also a good place for FAQs, letting all of you know about changes and updates, and also answering questions via the blog comment areas.
Oh, and if I’m lucky, I might just get a chance to bore you with some of my ideas and opinions about SEO and life in general.
